Technical Characteristics

This machine adopts advanced technology, slightly pressurized hot air through the cone, to vaporize the moisture in the yarn, and reach a predetermined moisture content, The hot air circulation and the moisture air exhausting line are designed to achieve the purpose of quick drying.

Technical Parameters

1.  Work temperature: 85-100℃

2.  Steam working pressure: 0.3-0.5Mpa.

3.  Capacity: 224 pieces of cones, drying capacity is depending on the quantity of cones.

4.  Drying time: above 3.5 hours (depended on yarn quality, moisture content .etc).

5.  Total power: 30-55kw.

6.  Heating mode: steam. The heater is a finned steel tube radiator.

7.  The temperature controller regulates the temperature to keep the temperature uniform, thus the yarns can get good fastness and gloss.

8. Evenly drying, the pressure fan equally blows the air to the cones.
