Important
1) Never open the lid when the system is under pressure and temperatures over 80℃
2) Open release Valves&Drain valve only when the vessel is at an atmospheric pressure.
3) Do not start main pump without filling water.
4) Safety valve is to be set at 3.5KG/cm² and to be tested regularly
5) The speed of variable winch depends upon the length of the cloth and also on the type of the cloth.Customers have to take preliminary trials and check the results before standardizing the parameters for any particular quality.
6) Similarly, setting of nozzle valve and suction valve is to be adjusted by observing carefully the movement of cloth and dyeing results.
7) Dyebath liquor should be exchanged3~4 times in a minute. More the frequency of dyebath exchange and faster the cloth rotation, dyeing would be more uniform .But in case of woolen fabric to avoid felting, one requires low speed.
8) Setting of heating/cooling gradients varies from case to case and one has to find out most suitable conditions for particular requirements.
9) Do not try to feed the dye solution to the main vessel when the temperature over 80℃ or the main vessel is under pressure.
10) Do not run the main pump and the winch in reverse directions.
Maintenance
1) For efficient and trouble free operation the machine should be maintained properly.
2) Keep surroundings of the machine clean. Carry out periodical inspection and check pressure ganges,safety valves,nut&bolts ,gland section of all the valves for any leakage.
3) Fill up gear oil in the pump housing if the level is low ,change pump oil after 400 hours of running.
4) Clean the air lubricator and top up the oil if necessary.
5) Mechanical seat cooling pipe on the winch seals should be kept clean. Check the water outlet periodically.
6) The machine should be given a thorough check once a year. Only experienced staff should do the overhauling work in order to avoid misalignment of the parts.
7) Dye liquor filter should always be clean. Clogging of the filter can affect he working of pump and also the dyeing results
8) Bearing should be checked after 2000 hours of running .Change the grease of all the bearings after 4000hours running.
9) Never run the pump without water in the vessel.
10) Always pay attention to: running sounds, vibration of pumps and pipes, abnormal temperature rises at the bearing section, excessive power consumption.
11) Periodic descaling of the Hear Exchanger should be done.
