DF241 High Temperature Cone Yarn Dyeing Machine
Application
This machine is suitable for dyeing, scouring, bleaching and cleaning the bobbin yarn of natural fibers such as cotton, wool, linen, polyester and polyester.
The machine mainly consists of dyeing pot, carrier, built-in heat exchanger, dyeing liquid circulating pump, mixing tank with stirrer, charging pump, electric cabinet, valve instruments, etc.

2. Max work pressure: 0.4Mpa
3. Design temperature: 140℃
4. Work temperature: 130℃
5. Bath ratio: 1:8~10
6. Heating time: 20℃~130℃about 35min (vapor pressure is 0.65Mpa)
7. Cooling time: 130℃~ 80℃ about 20min (cooling water pressure is 0.3Mpa).
