Application

This machine is spray washing type washer, fabrics and liquor fully dynamic exchange in different permutations in washing tanks. It’s suitable for washing the knitted and woven fabrics, removing oil, preshrinking, oxygen bleaching, washing after printing process.

Process Flow

Open width feeding frame → photoelectric centering machine → high efficiency drum drip washing box → two rollers seal type padder → high efficiency drum drip washing box → two rollers seal type padder→ spray pipe → vacuum water suction device → pendulous doffing frame
