Product Features

1.  This machine adopts the special designed mixed-flow pump which has low energy consumption, high lift and great flow rate. It won’t be affected under high temperature process.

2.  The new weir flow type spray pipes, the dyeing pipes and yarn rotating pipes are combined together, which avoid twisting and knotting. Rewind easily after dyeing, and it has low loss rate.

3.  The water adjuster with special design can adjust water quantity according to the quantity of dyeing yarns, yarn count and sorts.

4.  Compact structure, low bath radio. Save raw materials, reduce the cost.

3.  Temperature rising rate: about 5℃/min  (according to the steam pressure 6kg/cm²)

4. Temperature dropping rate: about 4℃/min  (according to the cooling water pressure 3kg/cm²)
