Application

This machine is after treatment line, for processing the fabrics of cotton, polyester, hemp and blended fabrics. It pre-shrinks the fabric to prevent the fabrics from shrinkage, improves the fabrics touch feeling and makes fabrics get good dimensional stability.

Process Flow

Open-width feeding fabric → photoelectrical centering device → steam moistening box → steam moistening roller → single-roller rectifying the skewing → rubber blanket preshrinking machine (similar to Monforts or Morison product) → Felt blanket finishing machine → open-width doffing

Technical Parameters

1. Mechanical width: 1800~3200mm

2. Mechanical speed: 5~100m/min

3. Preshrinking rate: ≤16%, shrinkage rate: ≥3%

4. Heat source: steam pressure 0.55Mpa

5. Compressed air pressure: 0.7 MPa

6. Drive mode: AC variable frequency speed regulating.

Machine Configuration

1. Rubber blanket:  high quality domestic brand, Daytex or Dunlop brand.

2. Diameter of stainless steel pressure roller is Φ616mm.

3. Felt blanket finishing machine: composed of drying cylinder(sandwich structure) with outer diameter Φ2000mm and drying cylinder Φ800mm. The thickness of the felt blanket is 7mm.
